EDM:

EDM, or Electrical Discharge Machining, is a manufacturing process that uses controlled electrical sparks to erode and vaporize material from a conductive workpiece, creating desired shapes and features with high precision. The process relies on an electrode, a dielectric fluid, and electrical current to generate sparks that selectively remove metal, allowing for the creation of intricate designs, small holes, and complex shapes in even the hardest materials, such as hardened steel or titanium.
